What is Gallory?

Gallory is an online marketplace where customers can discover beautiful and original art that will transform their home. Each artwork can be rented for a fraction of the full retail price. At any point, customers can opt to keep the artwork, buy it, replace it with a new piece, or select additional items to fill their home or office with color and style.

Art Rental

How does art rental work?

Simply select your favorite artwork and rent it through our online store. Gallory will quickly process and ship your order. Enjoy the artwork in your space, paying monthly or purchasing at any point during your rental.

What are the advantages of renting art?

Renting art allows you to gain access to an entire gallery of original artwork from across the nation with low risk and high flexibility. It is cost-effective and convenient to be able to see the artwork in your home before committing to purchase.  Try before you buy is popular in many elements of interior design, so why not try your art?

Is there a minimum rental period? 

We have a minimum rental period of 3 months so that you can appreciate and adore your artwork. After 3 months, you can purchase the artwork, return it, or continue renting at a doubled monthly rate. After 7 months of rental, you will return the piece or purchase it. 

Can I purchase the artwork that I’m renting?

Absolutely; we encourage it! At any point during your rental period, you can purchase your art and the rental fees you have already paid will be applied towards the price of the artwork.

What if I don’t like the art that I rented?

If for some reason you are unhappy with the artwork you receive, you may swap out the artwork for another selection in our catalog by contacting support@gallory.art. Restocking and/or shipping fees may be applicable on a case by case basis.

What happens at the end of my rental period?

At the end of your 7 month rental period, you have full flexibility to choose your next steps.

If you would like to keep the artwork, you can choose to purchase it and all paid rental fees will be deducted from the final cost. If you would like to try a different piece, you can swap your art for a new original artwork. If you don’t wish to purchase or try a new piece of art, you may end your subscription and return the artwork.

What if the artwork arrives damaged? 

At Gallory, we make sure to package our artwork with love and care. Upon receipt of the artwork, customers should inspect the item and contact support@gallory.art within the first 2 calendar days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the delivery service) to report any damages or other issues with the artwork as it was received. The support team will review and address your email as soon as it is received. 

What if I damage or lose my artwork during rental?

In order to allow our community of artists to offer their artwork to customers, it is important that the utmost care is taken when you receive the art and we expect that you treat it gently and carefully. However, if damage does occur while the artwork was in your possession, it is your responsibility to cover the entire damage. Please contact our team at support@gallory.art for further assistance. 

Ordering

What is the refund and/or cancellation policy? 

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy as available on our site.

How does the billing work? 

Initial payment is processed at checkout. Once you complete checkout, we will begin to process your order. After your order has been processed, tracking and shipment information will be communicated to you. If you have chosen the rental option, recurring rental fees will be charged accordingly.

Delivery

Where do you deliver? 

At the moment, shipping is available for customers located in most US states, excluding: Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and military addresses. We rely on 3rd party carriers and in case we are not able to deliver to your address, our team will contact you with more information.

How does delivery work?

Once we receive your order, processing can take between 2-7 days. Shipping will take a few extra days and will be fulfilled by a major shipping carrier. We will provide you with tracking and shipping information as it becomes available.
